Designing your own dream home has never been easier than it is today. Of course the first thing you need is to find a nice piece of land in a location that you are happy with. Once you have purchased some land you can start to look at house plans and at different contractors. There are many contractors just dying for some work these days and it would be easy to negotiate a great discount. It is definitely a buyers market right now with so many contractors out of work. So don't forget to pick your floor plan and contractor carefully.
